Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Eye Color Lab ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Eye Color Lab is a mobile application that analyzes eye colors from photographs and provides color palette matching. The App requires an active subscription to access its features.

Subscriptions

Eye Color Lab offers subscription plans that provide access to the App's features:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, automatically renews unless canceled.
• Annual Subscription: Billed annually, automatically renews unless canceled.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and may be limited to one trial per account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Eye Color Lab only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload images that you do not have the right to use
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our permission
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription requirements

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Eye Color Lab and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos you upload, but grant us a license to process them for the purpose of providing the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Eye Color Lab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The color analysis will be 100% accurate
• The App will be available at all times without interruption
• The App will be free of errors or bugs

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eye Color Lab and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
